Cancellation of any consignment is allowed upto 12 hours from booking time.
Once consignment is manifested, Cancellation is not allowed.

Refund to any such eligible PAID consignment which is cancelled, payment will be processed within 7-10 working days.
For non Paid consignments, refund is not applicable.
